What this guide covers
The Accounting area includes a Bills tab for business-wide vendor bill visibility — not just bills for one vendor.
Bills tab overview
Open Accounting from the sidebar, then select Bills (/app/accounting?tab=bills). The table supports filtering and shows invoice details, vendor, totals, payment status, and document actions.
Bills may exist:
- Standalone — created from a vendor or accounting workflow without a PO
- PO-linked — connected during purchase order creation
Manage vendor bill dialog
Click Manage on a row to open the full bill editor.
From this dialog you can:
- Edit bill header fields and expense lines (while unlocked)
- Add payments and apply vendor credits
- Upload or view bill documents
- Review Linked Purchase Orders with links back to each PO
Permissions
What you can see and edit depends on accounting and vendor bill permissions assigned to your role. Read-only users can review bills but cannot add payments or edit lines.
