When you see the account switcher
You may see the Switch account page when:
- You log in and belong to more than one client portal or internal business
- You finish setting a password after a new invitation
- You use Switch Account from the profile menu
Steps
Review the two sections
Internal Businesses are for team members managing operations. Client Portals are for external clients reviewing estimates and projects.
Select your client portal
Under Client Portals, click the row that shows the business name and client name you need. You are taken to that portal's dashboard.
Return later if needed
Use Switch Account in the header profile menu anytime to change context. See Switching business profiles.
