The vendor detail page centralizes one supplier's contact information, default currency, and related accounting activity.
Profile and contacts
Editable fields (when your role allows) include name, email, phone, website, address, and primary contact. Changes follow the same auto-save patterns used elsewhere in the business app.
Bills tab
The Bills tab lists vendor bills tied to this supplier. From here you can:
- Review invoice numbers, dates, totals, and payment status
- Create a new vendor bill when you have permission
- Open bills that are also linked to purchase orders
Audit tab
When audit access is enabled for your role, the Audit tab shows changes made to this vendor record.
