| Status | Typical meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Created but not yet started |
| Active | Work in progress |
| Blocked | Paused waiting on a dependency |
| Completed | Work finished |
| Cancelled | Project stopped |
Active vs all projects
The dashboard Active Projects count includes only projects in Active status. The full Projects list shows every status so you can review completed or cancelled work when needed.
