What this guide covers

Client approval statuses

These reflect your decision on an estimate:

StatusMeaning
Pending Client ApprovalWaiting for you to approve or reject
Client ApprovedYou approved the estimate
Client RejectedYou rejected the estimate

Internal statuses you may see

The business also tracks operational statuses. In the portal you may see labels such as:

  • Sent for approval — shared with you for review
  • Approved — accepted (often after client approval)
  • Rejected — declined
  • Invoiced / Partially paid / Fully paid — billing progress after approval

When pricing is hidden

Some contacts see estimate scope without dollar amounts based on business settings. If totals are missing, you can still approve scope-only when the business allows it.
