What this guide covers

Before you start

  • You need access to the email address the business has on file for you.
  • Check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see the message within a few minutes.

What the invitation email includes

When a business invites you to their client portal, NidusCore sends an email that typically includes:

  • The business name that invited you
  • The client name you are associated with
  • A secure invitation link to set up your account

What to do when you receive the email

  1. Open the invitation email

Look for a message with the subject related to your client portal access. The sender will appear as the business or NidusCore, depending on your business's email settings.

  2. Click the invitation link

The link takes you to a secure page where you can set your password. If you already have a NidusCore account with a confirmed email, the link may direct you to log in instead.

  3. Complete account setup

Follow the on-screen steps to create your password and access the portal. See Setting your password for details.

If you already have an account

If your email is already registered with NidusCore, the invitation email may include a Log in link instead of a password setup link. Sign in with your existing credentials, then choose the correct client portal from the account switcher.
