I cannot see my estimate

Fix missing estimates in the client portal when you expect to review one.

Steps

  1. Verify the header

    Confirm the business and client names match the project you expect.

  2. Check filters

    On the Estimates page, clear filters or switch to Pending Client Approval.

  3. Use the email link

    If you received an estimate review email, open the link directly — it deep-links to the correct estimate when your account matches.

  4. Contact the business

    Provide the estimate or project name so they can confirm sharing settings and your contact role.
