I did not receive my invitation

Troubleshoot missing client portal invitation emails and request a new invite.

What this guide covers

Check these first

  1. Search your inbox

    Look for messages from the business or NidusCore. Check Spam, Promotions, and Updates folders.

  2. Confirm your email address

    Ask the business which email they invited. A typo on their side is a common cause.

  3. Try logging in

    If you already have a NidusCore account with that email, go to Log in instead of waiting for a new invite.

Ask the business to resend

If you still cannot access the portal, contact your business contact and ask them to resend the client portal invitation from the client record in NidusCore. They can verify your contact email before sending.
