What this guide covers
Before you start
- Your business must have shared estimates with you. Some contacts only receive estimates assigned to them.
- The Estimates tab appears only if your contact is configured to receive estimates.
Open the estimates list
Sign in to the client portal
Confirm the correct business and client appear in the header.
Open Estimates
In the left sidebar, click Estimates to open the full list.
Use filters
Filter by status such as Pending Client Approval or Approved to narrow the list. The dashboard also highlights estimates awaiting your approval.
What you can see on each estimate
Each row typically shows the estimate reference, project, status, and key dates. Click a row to open the detail page for line items, totals (when visible), and approval actions.
