Why links expire
Invitation and estimate review links use time-limited tokens for security. After they expire, the URL stops working even if you previously opened it successfully.
Invitation links
Request a new invitation
Ask the business to resend your client portal invite from your client contact record.
Set your password promptly
Open new invitation links soon after they arrive to avoid expiration.
Log in if you already completed setup
If you previously set a password, use Log in at
/logininstead of an old invite link.
Estimate review links
Estimate emails include review links that also expire (typically after several days). If a link fails:
- Log in to the portal and open Estimates manually, or
- Ask the business to resend the estimate for approval
