Logging into the client portal

What this guide covers

Before you start

• You need a confirmed NidusCore account with client portal access for at least one business.
• Use the same email address that received the invitation.

Steps

1. Go to the login page

   Visit the NidusCore login page and enter your email and password.

2. Sign in

   Click Log in. If your credentials are correct, NidusCore routes you to the appropriate home page.

3. Open the client portal

   If you only have client portal access, you go directly to /client — your dashboard. If you also have internal business access, you may see the account switcher first.

Client portal vs business app

NidusCore separates client portal users from business users. As a client, you use the portal at /client to review estimates and projects. You do not have access to internal business tools unless you also hold a team membership.
