What this guide covers
Where files appear
There is no separate top-level Documents menu. Files appear in context:
- Project → Media & Design — deliverables ready for review or download
- Project → Tasks — attachments on tasks shared with you
- Media request detail pages — standalone deliverable links when the business sends them
Downloading
Open the relevant project or media request
Navigate to the tab or page where the file is listed.
Use the download action
Click the download control on the attachment or deliverable. Files open or save according to your browser settings.
