The Calendar (/app/calendar) aggregates schedulable items from across NidusCore into one personal view per user.
Calendar sources
Each user has one or more calendars with toggleable sources:

| Projects / milestones | Project dates and milestones |
| Tasks | Tasks with add-to-calendar enabled |
| Work orders | Scheduled work orders (respecting template colors) |
| Estimates | Estimate-related dates when enabled |
| Media design requests | Requests with calendar visibility |
Sources you lack permission to view are automatically disabled — for example, work order events hide when work_orders_access is none.
Views and settings
Switch between month, week, day, and list layouts. Configure:
- Which calendars are visible
- Work order template colors and visibility (linked to Work Orders templates)
- Default calendar preferences stored per user

The Work Orders page also offers a calendar view (/app/work-orders?view=calendar) focused on work-order scheduling with the same underlying calendar engine.
