  • Was this helpful? feedback on every article (required notes for “No”, optional Suggest a change)
  • Pagefind full-text search (with Fuse.js fallback)
  • Video embeds for optional YouTube or Vimeo walkthroughs in articles
  • System Admin → Help Center feedback for reviewing submissions
  • Notification bell alerts for platform admins when negative feedback or suggestions are submitted
