Users without business settings access are redirected away from /app/settings.

Settings tabs at a glance

  • General — timezone, record numbering, inventory toggle, kiosk, work order defaults, logo
  • Roles — custom roles and permission levels (see Roles and permissions overview)
  • Members — invite staff, assign roles and business profiles, deactivate members
  • Teams — team rosters, leads, shift scopes, default notification routing
  • Business Profiles — legal/operating entities, currency, timezone per profile
  • Addresses — reusable address records linked to profiles or client locations
