Products & Services (sidebar) opens your business catalog at /app/catalog. This is the master list of items you can add to estimates, tie to vendors, and optionally expose in client-facing catalogues.
Catalog list
The hub shows products, services, packages, and discounts your role can access. From here you can:
- Search and filter by type, category, and status
- Create new catalog items when you have edit permission
- Open an item to configure pricing, vendor costing, inventory flags, and images
Products vs services

Connection to estimates and clients
Catalog items feed estimate line items. Approved estimate lines can transfer into client inventory when the workflow calls for client-owned assets. Vendor-linked products also support purchase price and vendor cost tracking for margin visibility.
